Sonakshi Sinha has announced the new release date of the film through a post on Instagram. Sonakshi wrote in the caption with the poster of the film, 'Mark your calendars! Our edge-of-the-seat thriller ‘Nikita Roy’ now has a new release date! Catch the suspense unfold on the big screen on 27th June 2025!'

Actress Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in the lead role in this film. It is a psychological thriller film. Sonakshi's brother, Kush Sinha, is directing this film. Earlier, this film was going to be released in theaters on May 30, 2025. However, now this film will be released in theaters on June 27. Apart from Sonakshi, Paresh Rawal, Suhail Nayyar, and Arjun Kapoor will be seen in this film. The film is being produced by Nikki Bhagnani, Vicky Bhagnani, and Ankur Takrani.

Apart from Nikita Roy, Sonakshi is going to make her Tollywood debut with the film 'Jatadhara'. Directed by Venkat Kalyan, this drama, supernatural fantasy thriller will feature Sudheer Babu in the lead role. Apart from Sudheer and Sonakshi, Shilpa Shirodkar, Ren Anjali, and Divya Vij will also be seen in important roles in the film.
