Akshay Kumar expresses displeasure over AI-generated videos of him, urging people to be cautious

Akshay Kumar is presently boosted by the appreciation his latest released film, "Jolly LLB 3," has been gaining. Simultaneously, the actor has shown his resentment regarding an AI-made video of himself. He has released a clarification, disapproving of such claims. One such video actually shows Akshay playing the character of Maharishi Valmiki. The actor has now denied these claims on social media and shown his concern regarding the quick spread of such edited videos.

Akshay responded to the matter on his official X account. He wrote, "I have recently come across some AI-generated videos of a film trailer showing me in the role of Maharishi Valmiki. I want to clarify that all such videos are fake and created using AI. What’s worse, some news channels decide to pick these up as ‘news’ without even verifying if these are real or morphed."

The actor appealed to the public and the media to act responsibly. He further wrote, "In today’s time, when misleading content is being produced at great speed through manipulative AI, I sincerely request media houses to verify and report only after authenticating the information." It's worth noting that an AI-generated trailer that has been circulating on YouTube for months falsely claimed that the film will star Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Paresh Rawal.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar's latest release is "Jolly LLB 3." The film has been receiving widespread acclaim and is performing well at the box office. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the film also stars Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla in lead roles.
