Fans have been trolling her on social media for this. Now, the actress has given a befitting reply. In fact, the caption of an Instagram reel read, "Deepika gave the silent treatment to a 500 crore budget film. While the film was setting global records, she went to a sitar concert with her in-laws. No posts, no praise... just silence." Does she intend to state the director, or is she simply staying away from the internet drama? When this reel reached Deepika, she personally responded in the comments. She wrote, "The second part is true, my friend... And yes, I saw the film before you all. Now tell me, who is being made fun of?" Following her response, fans also came forward in support. One commented, "Maybe she didn't want to take the spotlight from her husband on the premiere day." Another wrote, "She's busy taking care of her child, leave her alone." Another user wrote, "She doesn't need validation from people about her relationship and her husband." The film was released in theaters on March 19. Since then, it has been performing strongly at the box office. The film has grossed ₹1,033.37 crore in India, and its worldwide collection stands at ₹1,641.21 crore.
