The Japanese animated film 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle' is finally releasing in India on September 12. However, the film is doing well in advance bookings before its release. Looking at the advance booking of the film, it seems that the film is preparing to perform well at the box office.

'Demon Slayer' is setting new records in advance booking before its release. If reports are to be believed, more than one lakh tickets of the film have been sold in the major three national cinema chains in the opening booking of the first day itself. At the same time, the sale of tickets of the film has crossed the 2.5 lakh mark over the weekend. This is a new record for foreign animated films in the country.

According to a report by trade website Saccanilk, with advance bookings of over 15 crores in the opening weekend, 'Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle' has surpassed other animated releases like 'Suzume' and 'Jujutsu Kaisen 0'.
