Ahaan Shetty locks title for next film after direct request to Sajid Nadiadwala
Ahaan Shetty's New Film: The title of Ahaan Shetty's upcoming project may be revealed soon. He has acquired the rights from Sajid Nadiadwala.
The son of Sunil Shetty, Ahaan Shetty, has selected the name of the upcoming film himself. He will be working on the film under the direction of Tinu Desai. Ahaan took the title from Sajid Nadiadwala and placed it under his name.
It is said that instead of following the normal process in which the name of the film is negotiated within the industry, Ahaan went directly to the producer, Sajid Nadiadwala, and took the title from him.
He got the name directly from Sajid Nadiadwala. Sajid had been planning to use the same title for another film. This other film too was planned for Ahaan, but Ahaan requested Sajid to give the title to a different film.
Ahan's taking the title from Nadiadwala is also being seen as a recognition of personal relationships in the film industry. Ahan made his debut in 2021 with Sajid's film "Tadap." Furthermore, Sajid and Ahan's father, Sunil Shetty, have a decades-long friendship.
Ahan Shetty was last seen in "Border 2," released earlier this year. The film grossed ₹328.33 crore at the box office. In addition to Ahan, the film also starred Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Diljit Dosanjh in lead roles. After theatrical release, the film has now reached OTT platforms. It is streaming on Netflix.
