Akshay Kumar Praises Raveena Tandon’s Professionalism at ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ Trailer Launch
Akshay Kumar Talks About Raveena Tandon: The trailer launch event for Akshay Kumar's upcoming film "Welcome to the Jungle" took place in Mumbai. On this occasion, Akshay Kumar shared many things related to his career and the film. At the trailer launch, he spoke a lot about Raveena Tandon, including an old anecdote related to her.
Raveena Tandon and Akshay Kumar dated in the 1990s, but their relationship did not last long. However, now they are set to star in a film called “Welcome to the Jungle.” On the occasion of the movie’s trailer release, Akshay Kumar mentioned Raveena Tandon. Moreover, he even narrated an anecdote regarding Raveena to the press and fellow actors.
When asked about Raveena at the trailer launch event, Akshay Kumar said, "She's a very professional actress. Let me tell you a story. We did a film together. It was getting late, and the vanity van was far away. It wasn't possible to change there, so Raveena went to the generator van and changed. Then she came back and shot. She doesn't waste any time at all."
Akshay Kumar further added, "She's changed a lot over time; she's become a better actress. Yes, there's another change: she used to be a heroine, now she's the mother of a heroine." It's worth noting that Raveena Tandon's daughter, Rasha Tandon, has also become a heroine. Rasha made her Bollywood debut last year.
The film "Welcome to the Jungle" will hit theaters on June 26th. It's directed by Ahmed Khan. In addition to Akshay Kumar, the film stars Paresh Rawal, Sunil Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Daler Mehndi and Aftab, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, and Raveena Tandon.
