'Dhurandhar 2' has been accused of violating the Official Secrets Act. The Delhi High Court ordered the Central Government and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to investigate the matter on Wednesday.

A public interest litigation was filed by Deepak Kumar, Head Constable of the Border Security Force, regarding 'Dhurandhar 2'. It alleged that the film shared secret operational information of the Indian Armed Forces, which could pose a threat to national security.

According to the petitioner, 'Dhurandhar 2' clearly depicts several locations. Additionally, information related to several senior officers and deceased soldiers has been clearly shown. This is not good for the security of the country. The petition also stated that the film also mentions a drug developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation.

The Delhi High Court took note of this entire matter. A division bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay and Justice Tejas Karia asked the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Censor Board to consider the issue and decide on the petition.

The High Court stated that while the film 'Dhurandhar 2' may be a fictional story, the questions raised by the petitioner cannot be ignored.

The Court stated that the Censor Board should have certain guidelines. We will direct them to take a considered decision.
