Orry's Old Party Story About Sara Ali Khan Resurfaces Amid Their Rift
Social media personality Orry, who has been a consistent talking point in Bollywood circles due to his very public fallout with actress Sara Ali Khan, recently brought up an old anecdote involving the actress during an interview with Pinkvilla. The story, centered on a party incident from before their reported falling out, has added fresh fuel to the ongoing narrative surrounding their strained relationship.
The Alleged Party Incident
According to Orry, the incident took place at a party they attended together during a phase when Sara had already achieved fame as an actress, while he was still relatively unknown. Describing the scene, Orry said, "Some time ago, Sara and I went to a party. Sara had become a famous actress at the time, but not many people knew me. There was no seating available at the party. Then, Sara saw a girl sitting on a chair." He went on to allege that Sara pushed the girl aside.
Orry further claimed that the girl, apparently hesitant to confront Sara directly due to her celebrity status, instead directed her frustration toward him. "After this, the girl didn't say anything to Sara because of her popularity, but she started arguing with me. After a while, the girl calmed down and told me, 'It's okay, it must have happened by mistake. I wasn't at fault in this whole situation, but I still overheard it,'" he recalled.
It's worth noting that this account reflects Orry's personal recollection of the event, and there has been no independent confirmation or response from Sara Ali Khan regarding this specific claim.
Why It Matters: A Friendship Turned Public Fallout
Orry's willingness to repeatedly reference Sara in interviews-even amid their reported estrangement-highlights how their once-close friendship has become a recurring subject of public and media interest. What was once seen as one of Bollywood's more visible celebrity-influencer friendships has since evolved into a drawn-out, socially visible fallout, playing out through unfollows, cryptic posts, and now, resurfaced anecdotes.
Tracing the Roots of Their Fallout
The rift between Orry and Sara Ali Khan is widely believed to have originated from a controversial video Orry shared in January 2026, in which he reportedly listed Sara, Palak, and Amrita as the three "worst" names for women. Notably, all three names carry a connection to Ibrahim Ali Khan-Sara is his sister, Amrita Singh is his mother, and Palak Tiwari, daughter of actress Shweta Tiwari, is known to share a close friendship with Ibrahim.
This remark reportedly triggered significant backlash and is believed to have directly contributed to the deterioration of Orry's relationship with Sara, marking a clear turning point in what was once a publicly affectionate friendship.
From Friendship to Silent Feud
Following the controversy, signs of the fallout became increasingly visible on social media, with both unfollowing each other and engaging in what appeared to be cryptic, pointed posts aimed at one another. These digital cues, combined with sporadic remarks in interviews, have kept fans and followers speculating about the true extent and reasons behind their falling out.
Industry and Fan Reaction
Given both personalities' significant social media followings, this latest anecdote is likely to reignite discussions about their strained relationship, particularly as Orry continues to reference Sara in public forums despite their reported estrangement. Whether this signals further tension or simply reflects Orry's tendency toward candid, unfiltered storytelling remains to be seen, as neither party has issued a formal statement addressing the specifics of this latest claim.
