Rubina Dilaik Admits Post-Pregnancy Body Made ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 15’ Physically Tougher
Television star Rubina Dilaik shared how her body changed after giving birth to twin daughters, making her return to 'Khatron Ke Khiladi' far more physically challenging.
MUMBAI, Aug 3 — Television actress Rubina Dilaik admitted that returning to the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 after embracing motherhood presented a completely new set of physical hurdles.
Speaking exclusively to IANS, Dilaik revealed that after stepping onto the set, she immediately recognized how much her body had changed post-pregnancy—to the point where she initially questioned her decision to join the show so soon.
"I realized in the first stunt whether I should wait for 4-5 more years to become strong and then come back," Dilaik said. However, she noted that mental resilience quickly took priority over physical conditioning. "Over a period of time, during the stunts, I realized that it's now or never. Because the resilience, your mental strength, time, and any training can't make it better. The grit that you have comes from within."
Comparing her current experience with her previous appearance on the show, Dilaik highlighted the sharp contrast in her physical endurance. "When I did the first season, there were physical challenges. But when I came this time, I realized that my body is very different now," she explained.
Dilaik and her husband, Abhinav Shukla, welcomed twin daughters, Jeeva and Edhaa, in late 2023. She is currently competing on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, hosted by filmmaker Rohit Shetty.
