Now, actress Aditi Rao Hydari too has expressed her surprise over Arijit Singh's decision. She further said that she would miss Arijit's songs in films.
Expressing surprise at Arijit's decision in an interview with ANI, Aditi Rao Hydari said, "Oh my God! I love Arijit's voice so much. I will miss him so much." His voice will be greatly missed. But you know, I believe that an artist always remains an artist. A creator always remains a creator, and anything can happen. But the power, the will, the dream, the love to create always remains within you. A creator will always create. That's why he will always sing. Whether he's singing to the birds in the forest or singing to us, you know, he's singing. He's singing somewhere. I think that's beautiful. He will do something new and something incredible.
Arijit recently sang in Aditi Rao Hydari and Vijay Sethupathi's recently released film "Gandhi Talks." He lent his voice to the song "Sunhari Kirane" in the film. The music was composed by Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman. Arijit also sang "Suiyan" in Aditi Rao Hydari's 2015 film "Guddu Rangeela." Arijit Singh has lent his voice to this romantic song along with Chinmayi Sripada.
On the work front, Aditi Rao Hydari appeared opposite Vijay Sethupathi in the recently released film "Gandhi Talks." This silent film also stars Arvind Swami and Siddharth Jadhav in pivotal roles. The film's music was composed by AR Rahman.
