Sonu Nigam reportedly made some disparaging remarks about Kannada language in his concert in Bangalore, post which an FIR was filed against him. But the court provided him relief a day ago by stating that no punitive measure should be taken against him. But now yet again his troubles have mounted, since Bangalore Police will take the singer's statement.

According to the IANS report, information has come to light that the Bangalore Police team, which includes an inspector and two other officers of Avalahalli Police Station. This entire team is in Mumbai, so that Sonu Nigam can be questioned. Apart from this, the entire process of recording this statement will be captured in the video. The singer can be questioned on Sunday itself.

During the Bangalore concert, some audience requested Sonu Nigam to sing in Kannada. According to reports, the singer refused the request and accused some people present there of rudeness. Sonu Nigam linked this attitude to the Pahalgam terrorist attack incident. After this, a complaint was filed against Sonu Nigam and he was trolled on social media. However, after this he also apologized publicly. Recently, the Karnataka court ordered not to take any punitive action against the singer.

Talking about Sonu Nigam's career, he started his career with the 1992 TV serial 'Talaash'. After this, the singer became very famous with the songs 'Sandese Aate Hain' from the film 'Border' and 'Yeh Dil Deewana' from the film 'Pardes'. Till now Sonu Nigam has given many hit songs, which are on the lips of the people.
