Popular actor of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar is in the news these days for his recent movie released today, Sky Force. Meanwhile, today it has been revealed that Akshay Kumar has allegedly sold his Mumbai apartment, which has been sold at double the price.
According to media reports, on Friday i.e. today, it was revealed that the property sold by Akshay Kumar is located in Sky City and is spread over 25 acres. The Mumbai apartment, which was allegedly bought by Akshay Kumar for Rs 2.38 crore in November 2017, has been sold for Rs 4.25 crore. This shows a 78 percent increase in its sales.
Allegedly, Akshay Kumar's Mumbai apartment has a carpet area of 1,073 square feet and also includes two car parking. The transaction involved a stamp duty of Rs 25.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
