Los Angeles, Beyonce, who reached fame during the days of Destiny's Child, has donated 2.5 million dollars, that is, 21 crore 60 lakh rupees to the families affected by the fire in Altadena and Pasadena through her charity foundation. Earlier, Walt Disney Company, Paramount, and Fox Corp also helped the victims' families.
According to media reports, Walt Disney Company has promised to give 15 million US dollars for relief and reconstruction of the victims, while Paramount and Fox Corp have donated 1 million US dollars i.e. 6 crores 5 lakh rupees to the American Red Cross and Los Angeles Fire Department. Apart from this, Warner Music and many organizations have announced to give 1 million dollars for reconstruction to help the victims of the fire in Los Angeles.
Apart from all these, Hollywood star Jamie Lee Curtis has also extended a helping hand to the people. He has said to donate 1 million dollars. Snoop Dogg's clothing store has announced that it will provide free clothes to bring the lives of the affected people back on track.
