Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Praises Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata’, Announces Tax-Free Status
On Tuesday, a screening of 'Bharat Bhagya Vidhata' was held in the capital. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also attended. She praised the film and Kangana Ranaut.
Actress and Member of Parliament (MP) Kangana Ranaut’s latest film Bharat Bhagya Vidhata has received positive feedback even before its release. The movie was premiered at an exclusive screening in the capital city itself, where the Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, graced the occasion. She appreciated the film and requested that it be exempted from taxes in Delhi.

After the screening, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta praised Kangana's upcoming film. She said, "'Bharat Bhagya Vidhata' is a wonderful film. It deals with a relevant subject. The film shows that dedication is not limited to those in uniform. It is something that resides within all citizens of our country. When needed, every Indian comes forward to help the country." The real "Bharat Bhagya Vidhata" (the creators of India's destiny) are our citizens. I urge people to watch this film. I want to announce that the Delhi government will make this film tax-free in the city so that every citizen can see "Bharat Bhagya Vidhata."
Praising Kangana, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said, "Kangana Ranaut is a strong voice in Parliament who constantly fights for the betterment of cinema and the people of India. She expresses her opinions not only in Parliament but also on screen. I want to heartily congratulate Kangana for choosing such stories and subjects."

The Chief Minister also shared photos of the screening on Twitter. She wrote, "Actress and MP Kangana Ranaut's film 'Bharat Bhagya Vidhata' depicts the courage of the brave doctors and nurses who dedicated themselves during the 26/11 terrorist attacks. Kangana's powerful acting effectively conveys the film's message. Such films strengthen the values of service, sensitivity, and duty in society. My heartfelt congratulations to the entire team."
After the screening, Kangana met the Chief Minister of Delhi. On meeting him, she said, "When I called him to invite him to this screening, he immediately said yes, and I will always be grateful to him."
"Bharat Bhagya Vidhata" stars Girija Oak, Smita Tambe, Amrita Namdev, Esha Dey, Priya Berde, Asha Shelar, Suhita Thatte, Rasika Aghase, Aditya Mishra, and Zahid Khan. It is written and directed by Manoj Taparia. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on June 12.
