The Coldplay band wrote on X after its Ahmedabad show "Thank you Ahmedabad, thank you India. We will never forget these two weeks. Your love and kindness will always be with us." Writing this emotional message, the band said goodbye to India. Earlier, Chris Martin had greeted Indians by singing "Maa Tujhe Salaam" on the occasion of Republic Day.
Ahmedabad Concert of British band Coldplay was held at Narendra Modi Stadium this Sunday where it saw an ecstatic crowd go all gaga over their favorite band. The lead singer, Chris Martin, even tried to interact in Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati during his performance for his Indian audience. He greeted Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan and cricketer Jaspreet Bumrah from the stage when the two celebrities arrived in the stadium to join the concert event.
The Coldplay band began its India tour on January 18. Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Johnny Buckland, and Will Champion together took over the charge of this band in India. Before the Ahmedabad show, the band organized three more concerts in Mumbai on January 25 and 26.
In various shows of Coldplay, many artists participated, including Kartik Aryan, Suhana Khan, Shreya Ghoshal, Kajal Aggarwal, Vijay Verma, and former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar joined this band concert.
