Dangal TV, a channel acclaimed for its socially impactful programming, has announced its latest drama series Jhallee. Set against the culturally rich backdrop of Punjab, the show explores the emotional journey of two inseparable friends whose bond is tested by love, loyalty, and life-altering decisions.
Continuing its tradition of delivering narratives that resonate deeply with audiences, Dangal TV is set to premiere Jhallee, a heartfelt tale centered on friendship, simplicity, and inner strength. Developed under the creative vision of Managing Director Manish Singal, the show seeks to challenge societal norms by shedding light on the often-overlooked lives of individuals who are differently abled.
Set in Punjab, Jhallee captures the innocence and emotional richness of rural India while delving into complex themes of ambition, intellect, and social dominance. The series stars Pratham Kunwar as Nirvair, Isha Kaloya as Amrit, and Apeksha Malviya in the titular role of Noor, affectionately called "Jhallee."
