The producers have released a poster of Karisma Kapoor from the series. Along with this new look, the producers also revealed its release date shortly beforehand. Along with this post, the producers wrote, "A city full of mysteries. Meet Rita Brown." Brown will premiere on ZEE5 on June 5th.
In the web series "Brown," Karisma will be seen playing the role of a female police officer who finds herself entangled in the quagmire of crime. Directed by Abhinay Deo, the series is set in Kolkata. Karisma Kapoor plays Rita Brown, a police officer with the Kolkata Police Force. She and her junior are on the hunt for a serial killer who targets women.
Prior to this series, Karisma Kapoor appeared in "Murder Mubarak," a suspense thriller directed by Homi Adajania. The film stars Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, and Vijay Varma.
