A US fan revealed that she was even delaying her plans of having another baby so as not to miss out on watching The Odyssey in IMAX 70mm on its first day of release. Amber Conaghan, a 29-year-old from California, told 'Variety' that she deliberately put her family planning on hold for a while so she could attend the screening of ‘The Odyssey’ on July 17.
Amber said, "A friend of mine got pregnant last year and told me, 'You should plan for your second child now, too.' But I said, 'No, I have to wait a few months; otherwise, it would clash too closely with 'The Odyssey'.
Amber isn't the only fan going to such lengths for the film. According to a 'Variety' report, many people are booking flights to other cities just to watch ‘The Odyssey’ in IMAX 70mm. Meanwhile, some fans even braved website crashes and long queues to book their tickets.
