Mumbai, July 13 (IANS) Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty started the week on a note filled with gratitude and called it the “bedrock" of her life. She added that Mondays offer a chance to reset not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
Shilpa shared a video of practicing monk Nityanand Charan Das at the Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Temple, ISKCON Chowpatty in Mumbai, speaking about the importance of gratitude.
She wrote: “Gratitude has always been the bedrock of my life. I truly believe Mondays are a beautiful opportunity to reset, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
