Pawan Kalyan Undergoes Right Shoulder Surgery in Mumbai, CM Chandrababu Naidu Visits Him in Hospital
Pawan Kalyan Surgery Details: Popular South Indian actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan underwent surgery on his right hand at a Mumbai hospital on Saturday. Following this, CM N. Chandrababu Naidu also visited him to inquire about his health.
Actor and the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan underwent a surgical procedure on his right shoulder in a Mumbai hospital. He is recovering well from the surgery.
On the day following the surgical operation, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu visited him in the hospital to enquire about his health status. The Jana Sena Party posted an image of this visit on X, which is a social media platform.
In their post, the party said that the Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu, visited Pawan Kalyan in the hospital, talked to him and enquired about his health status. In the image, Pawan Kalyan can be seen sitting on a chair with a bandage on his right shoulder.

Pawan Kalyan's wife, Anna Lezhneva, also shared information about his health after the surgery. She wrote that Pawan always prioritizes his responsibilities over his pain and rarely complains.
She said, "Right now, my job is just to take care of him and make him feel safe. Gradually, everything will be fine."
Pawan Kalyan suffered a shoulder injury in 2016. After treatment, doctors advised him to rest, but despite this, he continued to attend numerous events. During his political tours and election campaigns, he would meet party workers and fans, where people would hold his hand. This strain on his hand caused pain. This pain subsequently increased.
In the end, doctors recommended surgery, but advised against performing both shoulders simultaneously. Therefore, today, he underwent surgery on his right shoulder. The surgery lasted three hours. Pawan Kalyan's left shoulder will be operated on in two months. It's worth noting that he suffered a rotator cuff injury.
Pawan Kalyan made his acting debut in 1996 with the film "Akkada Abbayi Ikkada Ammayi." He then entered politics and launched the Janasena Party in 2014.
On the work front, he recently appeared in "Hari Hara Veera Mallu" and "They Call Him OG" (2025). He will then appear in "Ustad Bhagat Singh" in 2026.
In the coming days, he will be seen in an untitled film by director Surender Reddy and "OG 2." His other projects have not been announced yet.
