Telugu film actor and producer Nara Rohit attended an interview with M9 News. During this, he was asked whether it was true that he had to cast Fahadh Faasil in 'Pushpa'. In response to this, he said, 'I posted some pictures with a moustache during the COVID-19 pandemic. After this, filmmaker Ravishankar first talked to me, as did Sukumar Garu. Then times changed, and they wanted to cast Fahadh. But initially, they talked to me.'
Further in the conversation, the actor said, 'I don't know if I would have been able to play this character like Fahadh. Perhaps, if I was on that set, I could have played it. But after seeing Fahadh, I thought, okay. It was really great.'
