'I have also got many benefits', Ulajh actor Gulshan Devaiah talked about nepotism
Actor Gulshan Devaiah is known for his thrilling performances in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela Hunter Bad Cop and many other films. The actor has come a long way since making his debut in the showbiz industry. Recently his film Uljhan was released. In which Janhvi Kapoor is in the lead role with him. At the same time, now he has talked about nepotism.
'Hunter' actor Gulshan Devaiah is currently seen in the film 'Uljh'. He has always entertained the audience with his acting. Recently he talked about nepotism and put forth his point of view.
Gulshan Devaiah called Shah Rukh Khan the best example of the insider-outsider debate. Speaking to ANI, Gulshan said, "Nepotism is a privilege. Everyone has this privilege. What was my privilege? I studied in a private school. My parents' house is not running on my money. I am an only child. My mother is ill. So my parents never said, don't go. What will happen to us? Stay. Who will take care of us? They never said that. This is my privilege."
He further added, "Some people have the privilege of having access and knowledge of how this industry works. What are its business methods? What is the business model of theatrical release? They have an understanding of it. No matter how many opportunities you give to someone if the audience doesn't like you, if your films don't work. There are many people who come from good backgrounds, who don't succeed as actors or directors. There are many such people. At the same time, many people have come from outside. Shah Rukh Khan is the biggest example of this. He has come from nothing. He is a very big name. He is one of the biggest stars in the world."
