Actress Rashmi Gupta, who is currently seen as Chandra in Sab TV's Dhruv Tara - Samay Sadi Se Pare, says that grooming is essential for everyone as it talks a lot about how one perceives oneself. She adds that looking good also adds to your personality in a major way.
“Grooming is crucial because it reflects how we value ourselves and how we want to be perceived by others, impacting both personal and professional interactions. Looking presentable enhances credibility and helps create a positive first impression, which can significantly influence initial interactions and opportunities,” she says.
