Shia LaBeouf Taken Into Custody Following Late-Night Mardi Gras Incident

Shia LaBeouf, a renowned actor from Hollywood, has been a part of many legal controversies in the past. However, now a new incident has surfaced, and the police have arrested him. The whole incident is related to the Mardi Gras festival.

Hollywood actor Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for allegedly assaulting two people during a Mardi Gras event. According to police, they received a call around 12:45 a.m. informing them that LaBeouf was causing a commotion and behaving aggressively. When an employee tried to escort the actor out, he assaulted one of the people after leaving.

The witnesses claimed that the man left the scene after a while, but then came back and made a disturbance. The man that LaBeouf had previously assaulted claimed that the actor had struck him again after he came back. Another man alleged that the actor punched him in the nose. Several people restrained him until police arrived. He was then taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He was taken into custody after being discharged from the hospital. His lawyer's name is not listed in court records, and there was no immediate response from his publicist.

This is not the first time Shia LaBeouf has been embroiled in legal troubles. In 2017, he was arrested in New York for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. That same year, he was also charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in Georgia.

In 2020, he was also charged with minor assault and theft in Los Angeles. Earlier this year, English singer and actress FKA Twigs also filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of physical and mental abuse. The case was later settled amicably. A police investigation is currently underway in this latest case.
