'Thangalaan' came on OTT after a long wait; Know where to watch this film of Vikram

Vikram's film 'Thangalaan' was released this year on the occasion of Independence Day. The film may not have performed well commercially at the box office, but this film had left a deep impression in the hearts of the fans. People have been waiting for a long time to watch this action adventure-filled film on OTT. Now this film has come on the digital platform.
Compared to other films, the digital release of 'Thangalaan' happened quite quietly and the film became available on Netflix on December 10 in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages. Talking about the delay in the OTT release of 'Thangalaan', various speculations have been going on for a long time. Usually, films come on OTT within four weeks after theatrical release, but this did not happen with this film.
Then there were the controversies. But even a PIL (Public Interest Litigation) was also moved for putting some imputations on the said movie in targeting the entire Vaishnav community of this subcontinent. Resultantly, the Madras High Court banned the said OTT release of that very film regarding that. With time, the court thereafter dismissed that petition and thus ordered for lifting of the same ban.
Coming to the box office, 'Thangalaan' got mixed response from the audience. It has collected approximately Rs 72 crore at the box office, which is less than expectations. Apart from Vikram, Parvati Thiruvothu, Pasupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Daniel Caltagirone, Anandasamy and others played acting roles in this movie.
