The simple and talented actor Vikrant Massey, who always impresses with his acting, is currently in the news not for his films, but for his personal life and his unique way of thinking. Vikrant Massey, who won the hearts of all with his films like "12th Fail," has said something that has created a new controversy in society. Vikrant Massey and his wife, Sheetal Thakur, have taken an important decision in their life by defining their son's identity within a particular boundary, and their fans are surprised by this decision.
Recently, VikrantMassey gave an exclusive interview to Times Now. During this interview, he disclosed a very important reason for not filling in the religion column on his son Vardaan's birth certificate. He mentioned, "I did not fill religion on my son's birth certificate. I have a very important reason for this, and I will tell you, religion should not be imposed on anybody." Today, the government gives him the freedom to choose whether or not to include his religion. This is my right, and I'm exercising it." Vikrant wants his son to be able to decide for himself what path he wants to follow when he grows up.
Vikrant attributes this thinking to his family background. He grew up in an environment where different cultures blended. He explained that he has also seen the dark side of religious differences in his own life. This is why he wants to keep his son away from these things from a young age. Citing the example of how single women are no longer required to include their husbands' names in their passports, identity rules are changing, and he wants to be a part of this change.
Vikrant has a different perspective not only on religion but also on relationships. Recently, a video went viral on Karva Chauth in which Vikrant was seen touching his wife Sheetal's feet. Speaking about this, he humorously commented on this. He said, "There's nothing strange about it. It's my way of showing respect. After all, Lakshmi came home by touching my feet." He explained that he often touches Sheetal's feet because he believes in mutual respect.
Vikrant and Sheetal married in 2022 in Himachal Pradesh with traditional rituals. On the professional front, Vikrant will soon be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj's film "O Romeo." Along with his polished acting, Vikrant is also setting an example for today's people with his modern thinking.
