Anurag shared a poster of the show. He reviewed 'Kohrra Season 2' and praised Sudip. Anurag wrote, "I couldn't stop watching it." Sudip Sharma is the first showrunner in India to now have two excellent second seasons of two great shows. First, 'Paatal Lok' and now 'Kohrra'. The storytelling is excellent, taking its time to unfold. It lets the characters breathe. There's no rush to solve the mystery. In the process, an entire city of people emerges who need therapy, including its protagonists.
Anurag Kashyap further wrote, "This has given me immense hope. It's unmissable and world-class. I haven't seen better writing in a long time. I congratulate Netflix for keeping the language the same and not changing with the environment. The cinematography, music, and performances-every single department deserves praise. It's going to be great."
The show is set to return to Netflix with its second season on the 11th of February. Kohrra has a new murder mystery. Mona Singh will be playing a police officer’s role. Sudeep and Faisal Rahman will be the directors. "Kohhra" season two will include other actors like Rannvijay Singh, Anurag Arora, and Pooja Bhamra. It is produced by Sudeep, Saurabh Malhotra, Manuj Mitra, and Tina Tharwani.
