Karan's second wife Nidhi Seth has remarried her boyfriend of two years in Bangalore.

On the wedding day, Nidhi wore a beautiful Banarasi saree, while the groom wore a blue floral kurta.
Nidhi's first marriage with Karanvir Mehra survived only for two and a half years. Karan Veer Mehra married Nidhi Seth in 2021. After two-and-a-half-year marriage, they got separated in October 2023.
In 'Bigg Boss 18', Karan revealed that marrying Nidhi was a hasty decision as he was stuck in the Covid lockdown and was unsure about the future. Talking about his divorce, he said, "It starts with small things, then it grows. Male egos get hurt. It is important to handle it, but we did not have that level of understanding."
