Actor Dhruv Vikram was occupied with the marketing of his latest released movie, "Bison." The movie hit the theaters on the 17th of October. He had visited Hyderabad to market the Telugu version, which is being released on the 24th of October. Actor Vikram's son, Dhruv, spoke candidly about being a star kid and the effort it involved in acting.
Dhruv admitted at the press conference that being a star kid has given him many opportunities. He plans to take full advantage of these opportunities. He said, "It's true that I'm a star kid, and I keep getting opportunities. However, I work hard to get people to accept me, love me, and appreciate my work." I'm willing to do anything to make a place for myself in Tamil, Telugu, and Indian cinema. I'll keep working towards it."
Speaking about the film "Bison," he said, "Regarding Bison, I always wondered, 'If someone from a non-film background were in my place, how much would they do? How much work would they put in?' I thought about it more and worked hard, and prepared for this film. I tried to give it my best."
"Bison" is written and directed by Mari. In addition to Dhruv and Anupama, the film stars Pasupathi, Ameer, Lal, Rajisha Vijayan, and Azhagam Perumal. It is based on the life of kabaddi player Manathi Ganesan and tells the story of a man who overcomes caste-based discrimination to excel in the sport.
