Circus: The film Circus was made during the Corona period thinking about the unit and their family, so that their family also does not have to face financial crunch during the Corona period.
The entertainment world also had to see many ups and downs during the Corona period. During this time, seeing his team members not working and their savings running out, Rohit Shetty decided to make his film Circus in 2022 with Ranveer Singh. Film writer Yunus Sajawal said that the filmmaker would never share it with anyone.
Yunus said, "So he basically made that film only for his unit." He further said that the filmmaker told him that even if he does not work for two years it doesn't matter but what will happen with the people of his unit? Since nobody was working.
During the coronavirus period, everybody was only spending their savings, so Shetty wanted to make a studio-based film so that the families and homes of the unit could run smoothly. Yunus also revealed that he hired junior artists and paid everybody on time. "He would never tell this to anybody, he considered the film a failure," he said.
