Fresh Trouble for Palash Muchhal as Smriti Mandhana’s Friend Makes Shocking Allegations

Palash Muchhal is once again in the news. The couple was scheduled to get married on November 23rd last year, but news broke that the wedding had been postponed due to Smriti's father's ill health. Subsequently, news emerged that the marriage had broken off, and both confirmed it in separate official statements.

Now, a few months later, the matter is back in the news. A ₹40 lakh fraud case against Palash also came to light some time ago, although he clarified this matter through an Instagram post. Now, Mandhana's childhood friend, Vidyan Mane, has made several shocking revelations regarding this much-talked-about marriage. According to Mane, Palash cheated on Smriti, and she caught him red-handed with another woman.

Smriti's friend told Hindustan Times, "I was present at the wedding ceremony (November 23, 2025) when he was caught red-handed in bed with another woman. It was a horrific scene; the Indian women cricketers beat him up terribly. The entire family is full of thieves. I thought he would get married and settle in Sangli, but it all backfired on me."

According to Mane, he is Smriti's childhood friend and was introduced to Palash by the Mandhana family. He has also accused Muchhal of defrauding him of over ₹40 lakh and has filed a complaint in Sangli.

Speaking about his complaint, Mane said, "When I met his mother (Amita Muchhal) last month, she told me the film's release budget had increased to ₹1.5 crore. She asked me to invest ₹10 lakh more, or I wouldn't get any money back. They started blackmailing me and threatening to remove me from the film, so I had to file a complaint." According to Mane, he has all the evidence against Palash and is ready to share it with the police and the media to expose the truth about the Muchhal family.
