Govinda’s Wife Sunita Ahuja Breaks Silence on Family Rift, Calls Krushna and Kashmera ‘Like My Own’

Bollywood's famous actor, Govinda, and his wife Sunita Ahuja have been making headlines for quite a while. Often, the news is not just because of their movies but because of the relationships they share in their families. From time to time, there has been news about the rift going on between Govinda and his nephew Krushna Abhishek and his wife Kashmera Shah. On this matter, Govinda's wife Sunita spoke to the media.

Reportedly, Govinda and Krushna's relationship broke down in 2016 during an appearance on "The Kapil Sharma Show." Krushna had said, "I have treated Govinda like my uncle." Govinda found this insulting. The situation worsened after an argument between Sunita and Krushna's wife, Kashmera Shah. However, in 2024, they reunited on "The Great Indian Kapil Show."

Sunita was gracious when discussing their years-long rift. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Sunita said, "How long can I stay angry with my children?" She said this with a smile. She further added, "When everyone is happy in their own place, why the friction? I just want to bless all the children. They are like my own."

Sunita also shared how Krishna's mother, Padma Sharma, Govinda's sister, played a crucial role in her and Govinda's journey. She explained, "Krishna's mother was my favorite, and she was the one who knew about my affair with Govinda because she was the first one I introduced him to. Today, Govinda's success and everything he has is entirely due to her."
