Legendary actor Dharmendra passed away on November 24th. Following this, a prayer vigil was held in his memory yesterday, November 27th. Hema Malini shared a number of unseen family photos on her Instagram handle after Dharmendra's demise. In some of the photos, her daughters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol are also seen smiling with their father Dharmendra.

Dharmendra passed away on November 24, 2025. He was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai due to respiratory problems. After treatment, he was discharged on November 12, but breathed his last on November 24. On November 27, Hema Malini broke her silence on social media for the first time after his death and wrote a very emotional message. Paying tribute to Dharmendra, she wrote, "Dharam ji was everything to me – a loving husband, a beloved father to our daughters, a trusted friend, a guide, a poet, and a person who supported me in every difficult time."
Dharmendra's last film is "21," which will be released soon. The film is based on the life of Arun Khetrapal, the youngest Param Vir Chakra winner. It is directed by Sriram Raghavan and stars Agastya Nanda in the lead role.
