High Court gave new instructions to the Censor Board, the matter is related to Yogi Adityanath's biopic

On Thursday, the issue of the movie 'Ajey' was on the news, this movie is a biopic of the present Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath. The Bombay High Court asked a few questions to the Censor Board about this movie. Which also included the question that why is there a priority for obtaining an NOC i.e. Non Objection Certificate from any authority to certify a movie.

According to PTI, judges Revati Mohite Dere and Neela Gokhale were told during the hearing of the case that the makers of 'Ajay: The Untold Story of a Yogi' had filed a petition for a film certificate, which was rejected by the Censor Board (CBFC). The film 'Ajay' is based on a book written on the life of Yogi Adityanath.

Film makers' lawyers Aseem Nafde, Satya Anand and Nikhil Aradhe said that the petition for the film certificate was rejected because they did not have the NOC of Chief Minister Yogi's Officer (CMO). At the same time, the censor board said in its decision that there are some scenes, dialogues in the film that need to be removed or changed. In response to this, the makers of the film 'Ajay' say that if the censor clearly tells which scenes, dialogues are objectionable, then they will be changed.
