Rajpal Yadav has openly talked about subjects like nepotism in a recent conversation with ANI. He believes that you can get a break at the beginning of your career on the basis of connections, but further success is achieved on the basis of talent.

Further, Rajpal Yadav says, 'There is no nepotism. I want to speak very honestly. If this were the case, how would Shah Rukh Khan sahab have been in Bollywood? How would Paresh Rawal, Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, Johnny Lever, Sanjeev Kumar, Rajesh Khanna sahab, and Dharmendra sahab become a part of this industry? How would I also become a part of this industry?

Rajpal Yadav further says, 'No one in my family asked me to join Bollywood or theatre. This thought came to my mind. I also told my children that nobody can make your career in any sport or cinema. If the true and good person inside us tells you something, only then will you be able to do something in life. In this, I will not be able to help you (children).' Rajpal Yadav says that opportunities can be found because of parents, but there is no guarantee of success. It has to be achieved by oneself.

Rajpal Yadav further says, 'If you are a player, then your child will get a chance to play. Similarly, if a person has been doing films or television for 30 years, does his child know what his father does? If he learns filmmaking, then he will be able to move forward on his own, not on the basis of nepotism. I have at least 200 relatives, I have not been able to give the benefit of nepotism to anyone because it does not exist in the industry. Only with hard work and God's blessings can one move ahead, only then one gets the love of the audience.'

Last year, Rajpal Yadav appeared in the film 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3'. This year he will be seen in 'Welcome to the Jungle'. In these films, Rajpal has played only comic roles.
