Kareena Kapoor Khan is not afraid of growing old or gaining weight. She has chosen not to pursue a younger look. She promotes body positivity.

Kareena Kapoor Khan discussed her feelings on growing old in a recent interview. She said she had been a size zero and a size 10. She stays away from societal pressure.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Kareena Kapoor Khan said, "I don't care what people say. I've been a size zero and a size 10, and I want to embrace that. Of course, when it comes to fashion and couture, I'll do and wear what I feel at the time. I always want to be known as an actor."

Kareena Kapoor further stated that she doesn't feel anxious about aging, but rather is enjoying it. She said, "I'm having a lot of fun in my 40s. I'm turning 46 this year, and I'm a mother of two. I think I look great. How long can you keep running away from age?"

Kareena Kapoor has been away from the big screen for the past year. She was last seen in Singham Again. Prior to that, she appeared in Buckingham Murders and Jaane Jaan. Currently, the actress is preparing for her upcoming films. Her upcoming projects include Daayra, Veere Di Wedding 2, and Crew 2. While Crew 2 and Veere Di Wedding 2 haven't been officially announced, Daayra is currently being shot. She may also be seen in Golmaal 5.
