Shefali Shah Calls Jaideep Ahlawat Her Favourite Actor; Says He Gave OTT Its Identity

Renowned actress Shefali Shah, who has been performing wonders in the world of cinema, has finally revealed the name of her favorite actor. On top of that, she said the actor gave OTT platforms an identity. The actress at the seventh edition of the Dehradun Literature Festival said that Jaideep Ahlawat is her favorite actor. She said, "He's very good. OTT has changed our lives. We were all considered talented, but what place would we have in those big commercial films?" So, when I see his progress, I feel very happy.

The actress further recalled that when "Paatal Lok 2" was released, she saw an Amul billboard featuring Ahlawat, and she felt very proud. She added that he deserves all the praise. She further added that Jaideep Ahlawat's rise symbolizes a change in the film industry.

She further added, "I've written a book, though I'm not sure if it will be my first. I've read it, my friends have read it, and they liked it. Now, whether it will be published or not will be known." The actress urged everyone to read books. She also said that reading inspires us more than traveling.
