According to a report in Variety India, Raghav Juyal is set to be a part of the film "Ramayana." He is expected to play Meghnad in the film. His character will be seen in "Ramayana Part 2," which will be released on Diwali 2027. Previously, reports suggested that Vikrant Massey was slated to play this role. However, due to various reasons, he withdrew from the film. Massey shared a post on social media regarding the situation.
Vikrant Massey posted a story on his Instagram page, which he later deleted. In it, he wrote, "I put these rumors to rest. I was never a part of this film." He further wrote about the film, "Anyway, best wishes to the entire cast of Ramayan. I will definitely buy tickets and go see this movie."
The film "Ramayana" also stars actors like Ranbir Kapoor, South actor Yash, Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey, and Sai Pallavi. The film will be released pan-India. The music is being composed by AR Rahman and Hollywood composer Hans Zimmer. The film will be released in two parts. The first part will hit theaters this Diwali (2026), while the second part will release on Diwali 2027.
