Big news is expected in the case of Zakir Khan, the “Sakht Launda,” who has made millions of people smile through his stories. Zakir Khan has once again disappointed his fans, as he has announced that he will soon be taking a long break from comedy. This break will not be of a couple of months, but it will be up to five years.

During his recent stand-up special "Papa Yaar" in Hyderabad, Zakir shared his heartfelt feelings with the audience from the stage. In a video going viral on social media, Zakir can be heard saying, "I'm taking a very, very long break. Maybe until 2028-29 or 2030. It could be a break of three, four, or five years. I have to take care of my health and take care of some other important things."

With a heavy heart, Zakir thanked the audience, saying that he couldn't express in words how much their presence meant to him.

After arriving in Dubai, Zakir confirmed this decision on his Instagram story. He wrote, "Every show of mine until June 20th is like a festival. This time I won't be able to visit many cities, so if you want to meet me, please make an extra effort and come to the show." His post clearly indicates that after June 20th, he will be leaving the stage for a long time.

Zakir Khan revealed that the constant touring for the past ten years, lack of sleep, early morning flights, and irregular eating habits have taken a toll on his body. He explained that he had been feeling internally unwell for the past year, but had ignored it due to work.

Zakir wrote in his post, "I love being on stage more than anything else in the world. I tried to postpone this break for a year, but now I feel it's better to stop before it's too late." Doctors have also advised him to take complete rest and stay away from work after recording this 'special'. Zakir's decision has come as a shock to his fans, but people, prioritizing his health, are praying for his speedy recovery on social media.
