Raja Chaudhary Reacts to Palak Tiwari-Ibrahim Ali Khan Dating Rumours, Says 'I'm Just the Biological Father'

The actor, who is the father of Palak Tiwari, has made some comments on the topic. He also mentioned his ex-wife, Shweta Tiwari.
In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Raja was asked if he was proud of his daughter working with Salman Khan and making a name for herself. He replied, "I don't know (whether I'm proud or not). I have no idea where she is, what she's eating, what she's doing, where she's living, who she's living with, or who she's working with." I don't even want to know unless she comes and tells me, 'Dad, this is happening.' If needed, I'm there for her 24/7. She doesn't need me in her life at all.'
Raja was then asked how he felt about rumors of Palak and Ibrahim dating. The actor replied, "What difference does it make whether they're together or not? It doesn't matter to me. She's not living alone in the jungle, so it's a big deal. For a father, it matters whether his daughter has maintained a relationship or not. Ask her mother how she feels. Why should it matter to me? I'm just the biological father, that's what I was told. I have nothing to do with it. How do you expect me to feel?"
Raja and Shweta were married in 1998, and their daughter, Palak, was born in 2000. Shweta filed for divorce in 2007, alleging that she suffered domestic violence due to Raja's alcohol addiction. Raja denied these allegations in a recent interview. They divorced in 2012.
