Rishabh Shetty recently spoke with the media, highlighting his dedicated role in 'Kantara Chapter 1'. The actor said, "At that time, I didn't eat non-vegetarian food or wear shoes because I needed clarity of mind. It wasn't for the entire film, but for a few scenes. I made this decision for the sake of my God, whom I believe in."

He further added, "There are usually thousands of people on set. Since these scenes aren't easy to do, I was extra cautious. I didn't want to question anyone's trust. I respect everyone's trust. I expect the same respect in return."

A poster is going viral on social media, stating that viewers should not eat non-vegetarian food before watching "Kantara Chapter 1." Rishabh Shetty clarified that this is not an official poster, but a fan-made one. He said, "We have nothing to do with it." We have no right to criticize anyone's personal eating habits or customs.

"Kantara Chapter 1" is the next installment in the series, following the 2012 film "Kantara." The film is releasing in theaters on October 2. In addition to Kannada, the film will also be released in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, and English.
