Kriti Sanon buys dream home, buys 78 crore penthouse in posh area of Mumbai

Bollywood's gorgeous and talented actress Kriti Sanon has made a huge investment in the real estate world. She has purchased a sea-facing luxury duplex penthouse in Pali Hill, Bandra, one of the city's most upscale neighborhoods in Mumbai, which is reportedly worth over 78.20 crores. The transaction is being included in the list of the most expensive transactions ever in residential real estate in Mumbai.

Kriti's new home is located in a luxury residential building named 'Supreme Prana', which is part of the high-profile environment of Pali Hill. This duplex penthouse is spread over 7,302 square feet, and its two floors 14th and 15th, come with a panoramic view of the sea. She also gets six car parking slots with this house. The price of this property is said to be around 1.18 lakhs per square foot, making it an extremely high-end investment in suburban Mumbai.

The property was registered on 14 August 2025, and Kriti paid a stamp duty of 3.91 crores and a registration fee of 30,000 on it. Being a female buyer, she also got a 1% discount on stamp duty. Although there has been no official statement from Kriti Sanon regarding this deal, the property documents confirm this purchase.

Earlier, in July 2024, Kriti also bought a premium plot in Alibaug, which was worth more than 2 crores. This 2000 square feet plot, full of greenery, has a sea view. This plot is a part of 'The House of Abhinandan Lodha' project, where stars like Amitabh Bachchan have also invested.

Recently, news has come out about Kriti Sanon working in the film 'Cocktail 2'. Apart from this, the actress currently has many films in her kitty. She is also working in big films like 'Tere Ishq Mein' with Dhanush and 'Don 3' with Ranveer Singh.
