Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is going to be celebrating his 60th birthday on November 2nd. A film festival is being launched in his name to make his 60th birthday even more special. Some of Shah Rukh's most memorable films will be screened, reflecting his legacy. Shah Rukh himself shared this information with his fans.

PVR Inox has announced a special film festival to celebrate Shah Rukh Khan's career and influence. Shah Rukh shared a reel on his Instagram account announcing the event. The actor captioned it, "Some of my past films are returning to theaters. The characters in them haven't changed much—just my hair and a little more handsome." The Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival, in association with PVR INOX, begins October 31st in select cinemas across India. YRF's international releases in the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Multiplex giant PVR INOX announced the festival a few days ago. Shah Rukh Khan's films included in the announcement include "Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa," "Dil Se," "Devdas," "Main Hoon Na," "Om Shanti Om," and "Jawaan." The festival will begin on October 31st, ahead of Shah Rukh Khan's 60th birthday on November 2nd. It will run for two weeks in over 75 cinemas across 30 cities.

Earlier, in a press release, Shah Rukh Khan expressed his reaction to the honor, saying, "Cinema has always been my home, and seeing these films back on the big screen feels like a beautiful reunion." These films aren't just my stories – they belong to the audiences who have embraced them with love for over 33 years.

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in the films "Jawaan," "Pathan," and "Dunky," all slated for release in 2023. He is currently shooting Siddharth Anand's "King" with his daughter Suhana Khan, which is expected to release in 2026.
