Salman Khan Sends Legal Notice to Makers of 'Kala Hiran', Producer Amit Jani Responds

In today’s world, Salman Khan’s crew issued an official warning letter to the producers of a movie called “Blackbuck” and asked them not to make the movie. The reply regarding the matter was given by Amit Jani, producer of the movie. It was assumed that the movie will have content related to the case against Salman Khan for blackbuck poaching, which was denied by Amit Jani. The movie, according to him, was based only on public domain information.

Speaking to India Today, Amit Jani said, "This notice has been sent in haste. This film is not a Salman Khan biopic. This legal action is unnecessary." Apart from a poster, nothing else has been revealed about the film so far. Its teaser is scheduled to release on June 20th. I am surprised by this legal notice. This case and the events surrounding it are part of the public record and can be depicted on screen. This film is based on a larger story that involves the Bishnoi community, their struggle, and their deep connection with wildlife.

Amit Jani further stated, "I have not portrayed Salman Khan in a negative light, nor have I glorified Lawrence Bishnoi. This film depicts what is already in the public domain and highlights the beliefs and history of the Bishnoi community."

He further stated, "If the court summons us, we will appear before it and present our case. We have done so in previous cases, and we will follow the legal process."

Salman Khan's legal team has issued a notice to the producers of the film "Kala Bucket" claiming that the film is based on the actor's ongoing blackbuck poaching case. The notice has demanded an immediate stop to the release of the film, as well as all posters and promotional material for the project, and warned that legal action will be taken if the producers refuse to do so.
