During an interview with Hindustan Times, Shilpa was emphatic in stating that she does not want any compromises in her career. Having spent several years in the film industry, Shilpa stated that she would only take up projects which feel right for her and are justified in every way.
However, Shilpa has a contrasting opinion on how the film industry is changing. The film director's views about the film industry are different from Shilpa's. However, Shilpa's perspective is slightly different.
She now wants to do a film that will be released in theaters. She said, "My children haven't seen me in theaters. That's why I want to do a theatrical film. My son saw Sukhi in 2023, but it was in preview theaters. I want to be able to make films like the ones we used to make before."
Shilpa revealed that she has turned down several big films, but she has no regrets about her decisions. She said that for her, it's not the money or big projects that matter most, but the quality of the work.
Shilpa Shetty has made a significant name for herself in the industry. She is 51 years old today. She is also well-known for her fitness. On the work front, Shilpa will be seen hosting the cooking reality show "Maa Hai Na." It will stream on ZEE5 from June 12, 2026.
