Bollywood actress and MP Kangana Ranaut's film 'Emergency' has reached a stalemate. The movie was all set to release on September 6 but its release was banned at the last moment.

The film has been postponed, and now its new release date is being awaited by the fans. Definitely, Kangana has made it a point to convey that this film will be released, but it is not known when. Recently, Kangana poured her anger out regarding this issue. The actress said that some people had sent objections to her film. She questioned those defending Bhindranwale, saying that he is not a saint but a terrorist.

Kangana Ranaut, as usual, spoke her heart out in News18's Chaupal program. The actress said, "This has been our history, which has been deliberately hidden. We were not told about it. This is not the era of good people. My film is ready to be released. Four historians have seen the film. It has got a certificate from the censor board. There is nothing wrong with my film, but there are some people who call Bhindranwale a saint and a leader. They threatened through arguments. I also got threats.''

"The previous governments had termed Khalistanis terrorists. He was not some 'baba' who sat in a temple with an AK47. I don't believe that even 99 percent of the people of Punjab think Bhindranwale is a saint. He is a terrorist - if that's the case, my film should be released,'' said Kangana. Kangana said that she too has suffered financial loss due to the postponement of her film.
