The Bollywood star revealed the reason why he cannot take part in this football tournament wearing the Mumbai FC Jersey.
Last month, when Tiger Shroff was announced as a player of the Mumbai FC team for Durand Cup, his fans were ecstatic. Club co-owner Zoheb Amrani had earlier said that Tiger Shroff can play in one of the group matches that would take place in Shillong. However, now it’s not going to happen.
Sharing an Instagram video, Tiger Shroff said, "It's really sad, but a last-minute urgent matter has come up, so I won't be able to travel to Shillong for the Durand Cup."
He added, "I will try to support you guys. There's a lot of young talent, and with the right support and opportunities, they can do wonders."
Tiger Shroff has been participating in training sessions with the club for some time. He was eager to make his professional football debut, but his dream couldn't be fulfilled. Tiger's fans are also disappointed by this.
