Film 'Jawan' rocked in Japan, Shahrukh Khan expressed gratitude on social media

Superstar Shahrukh Khan on Sunday expressed his gratitude to his fans in Japan, who watched his film 'Jawan' in theaters after its release in Japan on November 29.

When Shahrukh's fan page shared a video showing the poster of the film in a cinema hall in Japan, King Khan replied, "I was reading about the loving responses from Japan ... Thank you all. Hope you enjoy this film." He further said, "We have made this film from India for the world. I am happy that it is being liked everywhere. My love and thanks to everyone who watched it in Japan."

Jawan is a great action-packed film that is directed by Atlee and was released in September 2023 in many countries including India. The film did great business at the box office and collected more than Rs 1,100 crore globally.

'Jawan' is the story of a man who decides to set right the wrongs that are happening in society. Shah Rukh Khan played a double role in the film, that of Vikram Rathod and his son Azad. Deepika Padukone and Nayanthara were also seen in the film. Vijay Sethupathi was seen in a negative role in the film. It was the highest-grossing Hindi film of the year 2023.
