New Delhi (India), March 18: We all know that the uninspired bollywood actresses secretly copy the uber-stylish Pooja Misra for decades now… And Pooja, for one, knows how to take the bar higher and raise the temperature with her creativity and sass. All and sundry were left mesmerized when she literally showed them how it’s done as she turned up in her goth avatar, which underlined her dark romanticism. Pooja’s noir makeup was the icing on the cake… Nude eyes with jet-black lips curated by the diva herself… Her hair cascaded down poker straight, which was put together at a flamboyance salon. She wore a black corset gown with a high front slit designed by the talented Rebecca dewan. Pooja had snug black gloves on coupled with high boots from Steve Madden, which took her ensemble literally to the next level. The statement necklace around her neck in polki and emeralds was by Anaqajewels . She also had elegant bracelets and rings on. The look was so monumental that even Deepika is said to have been inspired by it for her Oscar appearance! Well, what can we say Pooja Misra just is an International Style Icon that everyone looks up to!
In fact, it was almost autobiographical when pooja in her inherent articulate style, captioned her pictures in the goth look, saying, “They kept her hidden in darkness…So darkness she became…Noir, edgy, alternative and goth…Showing them how it’s done!”
After innumerable interviews and attending top-notch designer shows strictly from the front row …The night ended with a bang as Pooja was seen dancing the night away at the after-party at one of the hottest nightclubs in south Mumbai! We are talking about Tryst at lower parel marking the end of an eventful third day at Lakme Fashion Week.
