Raj Kundra summoned by ED, will now be questioned in Mumbai office on pornography case
Raj Kundra: Businessman Raj Kundra has been summoned by ED. Now ED will question him in the Mumbai office in a pornography case.

ED has summoned the businessman and husband of actress Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra. The summons have been sent to question Raj Kundra regarding the pornography case. This new revelation has come after the raid at Raj Kundra's house and office. After the raid by ED, a summons was issued by the investigating agency to him. Besides Kundra, other accused have also been summoned to appear in the ED office. If reports are to be believed, Raj Kundra will be questioned in the ED office today i.e. on Monday.
Raj Kundra has been accused of many things in a pornography case. He has been doing illegal business by making and distributing pornographic videos through mobile apps. ED is investigating the money laundering case pertaining to this case.
Raj Kundra has written some things on his Instagram story. He wrote, 'I want to tell you that the investigation has been going on for the last four years. I am following it completely. All I have to say about this matter is that no sensationalism can hide the truth. Justice will prevail in the end.' Further in this note, Raj Kundra writes, 'It will not be tolerated that my wife's name is also taken repeatedly in this case. Please respect our boundaries.'
This case is related to the charge sheet of Raj Kundra and other accused. All of them were granted bail. Earlier this year, the ED had seized assets worth Rs 98 crore of Kundra and Shilpa Shetty in the cryptocurrency case, but the couple got relief from the Bombay High Court against this attachment order of the ED.
